Authorized Denominations means $5,000 or any integral multiple thereof.
Specified Denomination(s) means the amount(s) specified as such in the applicable Pricing Supplement;
Children of other Christian denominations means children who belong to other churches and ecclesial communities which, acknowledging God’s revelation in Christ, confess the Lord Jesus Christ as God and Saviour according to the Scriptures, and, in obedience to God’s will and in the power of the Holy Spirit commit themselves: to seek a deepening of their communion with Christ and with one another in the Church, which is his body; and to fulfil their mission to proclaim the Gospel by common witness and service in the world to the glory of the one God, Father, Son and Holy Spirit. An ecclesial community which on principle has no credal statements in its tradition, is included if it manifests faith in Christ as witnessed to in the Scriptures and is committed to working in the spirit of the above.All members of Churches Together in England and of Churches Together in Wales are deemed to be included in the above definition, as are all other churches and ecclesial communities that are in membership of any local Churches Together Group (by whatever title) on the above basis.
Authorized Denomination means, with respect to a Note, a principal amount thereof equal to $1,000 or any integral multiple of $1,000 in excess thereof.
Specified Denomination means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the denomination or denominations of such Covered Bonds specified in the applicable Final Terms;
Initial Authorized Denomination With respect to any Class and any Certificate Group, the amount set forth with respect to such Class and such Certificate Group in the Schedule under the heading “Original Principal or Notional Principal Balances” or “Original Principal Balance,” as applicable.
Denominations The denomination of any Certificated Note denominated in U.S. dollars will be a minimum of $1,000 or any amount in excess thereof that is an integral multiple of $1,000. The authorized denominations of Certificated Notes denominated in a Specified Currency other than U.S. dollars shall be determined as set forth in the applicable Pricing Supplement.
Authorised Denomination means, in respect of any Note, the Minimum Denomination thereof and any denomination equal to one or more multiples of the Authorised Integral Amount in excess of the Minimum Denomination thereof.
Minimum Denomination has the meaning set forth in Article IV of the Debt Agreement.
Denomination With respect to each Certificate, the amount set forth on the face thereof as the "Initial Certificate Balance of this Certificate" or the Percentage Interest appearing on the face thereof.
registered dentist means a fully registered person within the meaning of the Dentists Act 1984 who holds a license to practice under that Act;

Regulation S Global Security The meaning specified in Section 3.01(c).
Global Securities means a Security or Securities, as the case may be, in the form established pursuant to Section 2.2 evidencing all or part of a Series of Securities, issued to the Depository for such Series or its nominee, and registered in the name of such Depository or nominee.
Series A Original Issue Price means $1.00 per share, subject to appropriate adjustment in the event of any stock dividend, stock split, combination or other similar recapitalization with respect to the Series A Preferred Stock.
Series D Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series D Preferred Stock was issued.
Registered Global Security means a Security evidencing all or a part of a series of Registered Securities, issued to the Depositary for such series in accordance with Section 2.02, and bearing the legend prescribed in Section 2.02.
Registered Fund means an investment company registered under the Investment Company Act.
Series C Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series C Preferred Stock was issued.
Regulation S Global Notes means, collectively, the Temporary Regulation S Global Notes and the Permanent Regulation S Global Notes.
Series A Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series A Preferred Stock was issued.
Series B Original Issue Date means the date on which the first share of Series B Preferred Stock was issued.
Series B Original Issue Price means $1.309997 per share,
Regulation S Permanent Global Security means a permanent global Security in the form of Exhibit A hereto bearing the Global Security Legend and the Private Placement Legend and deposited with or on behalf of and registered in the name of the Depositary or its nominee, issued in a denomination equal to the outstanding principal amount of the Regulation S Temporary Global Security upon expiration of the Restricted Period.
Security or Securities means Money Market Securities, common or preferred stocks, options, bonds, debentures, corporate debt securities, notes, mortgages or other obligations, and any certificates, receipts, warrants or other instruments representing rights to receive, purchase or subscribe for the same, or evidencing or representing any other rights or interest therein, or any property or assets.
2021 Notes means the 4.700% Senior Notes due 2021, originally issued by Ensco plc (now Valaris), a public limited company organized under the laws of England and Wales.
