Format of Fund Documents. The Trust and the Distributor shall provide the Fund Documents to the Company, or its designee, in an electronic format that is suitable for website posting, and in a format, or formats, that:
(i) Are both human-readable and capable of being printed on paper in human-readable format (in accordance with paragraphs (b)(3) of Rule 30e-3 and paragraph (h)(2)(i) of Rule 498A);
(ii) Permit persons accessing the Statutory Prospectus and SAI to move directly back and forth between each section heading in a table of contents of such a document and the section of the document referenced in that section heading (that is, these documents must include linking, in accordance with paragraph (h)(2)(ii) of Rule 498A); and
(iii) Permit persons accessing the Fund Documents to permanently retain, free of charge, an electronic version of such materials that meet the requirements of subparagraphs (h)(2)(i) and (ii) of Rule 498A (in accordance with paragraph (h)(3) of Rule 498A).
Format of Fund Documents. The Fund and the Underwriter shall provide the Fund Documents to the Company (or its designee) in an electronic format that is suitable for website posting, and in a format, or formats, that are convenient for both reading online and printing on paper (in accordance with Rule 30e-3 and Rule 498A).
Format of Fund Documents. The Fund shall provide the Fund Documents to the Company, or its designee, in an electronic format that is reasonably suitable for print and electronic delivery purposes (e.g., PDF).
Format of Fund Documents. The Investment Company and the Distributor shall provide the Fund Documents on the Investment Company’s website in an electronic format that is suitable for website posting, and in a format, or formats, that:
(i) are both human-readable and capable of being printed on paper in human- readable format (in accordance with paragraph (b)(3) of Rule 30e-3);
(ii) permit persons accessing the Statutory Prospectus and SAI to move directly back and forth between each section heading of such document and the section of the document referenced in that section heading; and
(iii) permit persons accessing the Fund Documents to permanently retain, free of charge, an electronic version of such materials

(iii) will enable the Company to permit persons accessing the Fund Documents to permanently retain, free of charge, an electronic version of such Fund Documents that meet the requirements of subparagraphs (h)(2)(i) and (ii) of Rule 498A (in accordance with paragraph (h)(3) of Rule 498A).
Format of Fund Documents. The Fund and the Distributor make available the Fund Documents to the Company (or its designee) in an electronic format that is suitable for website posting, and in a format, or formats, that:
(i) are both human-readable and capable of being printed on paper in human-readable format (in accordance with paragraph (h)(2)(i) of Rule 498A);
(iii) permit persons accessing the Fund Documents to permanently retain, free of charge, an electronic version of such materials that meet the requirements of subparagraphs 1(c)(i) and (ii) above (in accordance with paragraph (h)(3) of Rule 498A). The Fund and the Distributor shall provide Company with reasonable advance notice of the decision to make the Fund Documents available on a website hosted by the Company.
Format of Fund Documents. The Series and/or CRMC shall provide the Fund Documents to MetLife or its designee in an electronic format that is suitable for website posting that:
(i) are both human-readable and capable of being printed on paper in human-readable format (in accordance with paragraph (b)(3) of Rule 30e-3 and paragraph (h)(2)(i) of Rule 498A); and
(ii) permit persons accessing the Statutory Prospectus and SAI to move directly back and forth between each section heading in a table of contents of such document and the section of the document referenced in that section heading (that is, these documents must include linking, in accordance with paragraph (h)(2)(ii) of Rule 498A); and
(iii) permit persons accessing the Fund Documents to permanently retain, free of charge, an electronic version of such materials that meet the requirements of subparagraphs (h)(2)(i) and (ii) of Rule 498A (in accordance with paragraph (h)(3) of Rule 498A).
Format of Fund Documents. The Trust and the Underwriter make available the Fund Documents to the Company (or its designee) in an electronic format that is suitable for website posting, and in a format, or formats, that:
(i) are both human-readable and capable of being printed on paper in human-readable format (in accordance with paragraph (h)(2)(i) of Rule 498A);
(iii) permit persons accessing the Fund Documents to permanently retain, free of charge, an electronic version of such materials that meet the requirements of subparagraphs 1(c)(i) and (ii) above (in accordance with paragraph (h)(3) of Rule 498A). The Trust and the Underwriter shall provide Company with reasonable advance notice of the decision to make the Fund Documents available on a website hosted by the Company.
Format of Fund Documents. The Fund and the Underwriter shall provide or make available the Fund Documents to the Company (or its designee) in an electronic format that is suitable for website posting, and in a format, or formats, that:
(i) are both human-readable and capable of being printed on paper in human- readable format (in accordance with paragraph (b)(3) of Rule 30e-3 and paragraph (h)(2)(i) of Rule 498A); and
(ii) permit persons accessing the Statutory Prospectus and SAI to move directly back and forth between each section heading in a table of contents of such document and the section of the document referenced in that section heading (that is, these documents must include linking, in accordance with paragraph (h)(2)(ii) of Rule 498A); and
(iii) does not restrict, and the Fund and Underwriter shall otherwise provide the Fund Documents in such format so as to permit, the Company (or its designee) to post the Fund Documents in a manner that permits persons accessing the Fund Documents to permanently retain, free of charge, an electronic version of such materials that meet the requirements of subparagraphs (h)(2)(i) and (ii) of Rule 498A (in accordance with paragraph (h)(3) of Rule 498A). The Company agrees that it will use such Fund Documents in the form provided. The Company shall provide prior written notice of any proposed modification of the Fund Documents, which notice will describe in detail the manner in which the Company proposes to modify the Fund Documents, and agrees that it may not modify the Fund Documents in any way without the prior consent of the applicable Fund.
Format of Fund Documents. The Trust and the Distributor shall provide the Fund Documents to the Company in accordance with Section 2, in an electronic format that is suitable for website posting, and in a format or formats that meet the requirements of paragraphs (h)(2)(i), (h)(2)(ii) and (h)(3) of Rule 498A.
