Fortress Stockholders definition

Fortress Stockholders means (i) the Initial Stockholder, (ii) each Fortress Affiliate Stockholder and (iii) each Permitted Transferee who becomes a party to or bound by the provisions of the Stockholders Agreement, in accordance with the terms thereof, or Permitted Transferee thereof who is entitled to enforce the provisions of the Stockholders Agreement in accordance with the terms thereof.
