Forward Documents definition

Forward Documents means agreements evidencing cash-settled forward transactions related to the Underlying Index that the ETF has entered into or may enter into with a Counterparty, which transactions are collateralized through an interest-bearing cash account and T-Bills;
Forward Documents means agreements evidencing cash-settled forward transactions related to an Underlying Index that an ETF has entered or will enter into with a Counterparty, which are collateralized through an interest- bearing cash account and T-Bills;
Forward Documents means the HMF Forward Documents or the HBR Forward Documents, as applicable;

  • Concurrent with entering into the Existing Forward Documents, the Common Share Portfolio of an ETF will be pledged to, and may be held by, a Bank Counterparty or affiliates thereof as security for the obligations of the ETF under the Existing Forward Documents.

Related to Forward Documents

  • Option Agreements means the written agreements between the Company and the Executive pursuant to which the Executive holds or is granted options to purchase Common Stock, including, without limitation, agreements evidencing options granted under the Option Plan and agreements governing the terms of "Roll-Over Options" (as defined in the Management Stockholders' Agreement).

  • Bid Documents means all the documents issued by the Chief Procurement Officer, or referenced by the Chief Procurement Officer as being available on the City's website and incorporated by such reference, in connection with an invitation for bids or proposals. Except for such Bid Documents as are posted on the City's website and incorporated by reference, all Bid Documents must be submitted by a bidder on the Bid Opening Date.

  • Specified Documents means, with respect to any Property File, each document listed in the definition of “Property File”.

  • Record Documents mean the drawing set, Specifications, and other materials maintained by Contractor that documents all addenda, Architect’s Supplemental Instructions, Change Orders and postings and markings that record the as-constructed conditions of the Work and all changes made during construction.

  • Transfer Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

  • Transaction Agreements means the Securities Purchase Agreement, the Debentures, the Joint Escrow Instructions, the Registration Rights Agreement, and the Warrants and includes all ancillary documents referred to in those agreements.

  • Offer Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(b).

  • Offering Documents means the Canadian Offering Documents and the U.S. Offering Documents;

  • Forward Contract means, for each Forward, the contract evidencing such Forward between the Company and the Forward Purchaser, which shall be comprised of the Master Forward Confirmation and the related “Supplemental Confirmation” (as defined in the Master Forward Confirmation) for such Forward.

  • Master Forward Confirmation means the Master Confirmation for Issuer Share Forward Sale Transactions, dated as of the date hereof, by and between the Company and the Forward Purchaser, including all provisions incorporated by reference therein.

  • L/C Related Documents has the meaning specified in Section 2.06(b)(i).

  • Restructuring Documents means, collectively, the documents and agreements (and the exhibits, schedules, annexes and supplements thereto) necessary to implement, or entered into in connection with, this Plan, including, without limitation, the Plan Supplement, the Exhibits, the Plan Schedules, the Amended/New Organizational Documents, the Exit Facility Loan Documents, and the Plan Securities and Documents.

  • Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • Forward Hedge Shares means all Common Stock borrowed by the Forward Purchaser and offered and sold by the Forward Seller in connection with any Forward that has occurred or may occur in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Where the context requires, the term “Forward Hedge Shares” as used herein shall include the definition of the same under the Alternative Distribution Agreements.

  • Program Documents or “Loan Documents” means the MMRB Loan Commitment, MMRB Loan Agreement, Note, Mortgage, Credit Enhancement, MMRB Land Use Restriction Agreement, trust indenture, preliminary and final official statements, intercreditor agreement, assignments, bond purchase agreement, compliance monitoring agreement, mortgage servicing agreement and such other ordinary and customary documents necessary to issue and secure repayment of the Bonds and the MMRB Loan sufficient to protect the interests of the Bond owners and the Corporation.

  • PIPE Subscription Agreements has the meaning set forth in the recitals to this Agreement.
