Forwarding Conditions definition

Forwarding Conditions means the forwarding conditions of the Company stipulated in Chapter 2 herein, reading together with Chapter 1 General Provisions;

Related to Forwarding Conditions

  • Specific Conditions means the conditions in addition or in variation to the general conditions which the Commission may lay down specifically for a distribution licensee;

  • Normal Operating Conditions means those Service conditions which are within the control of Grantee.
