Foundation Articles definition

Foundation Articles shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Subsection B-9.7. Foundation, (a) General), the Foundation By-Laws (which term “Foundation By-Laws” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Subsection B-9.7. Foundation, (b) Foundation Membership), and this Operating Agreement, which together with any other documents which govern the activities of the Foundation are herein referred to as the “Foundation Governing Documents”.
Foundation Articles shall have the meaning ascribed to it in the Constitution, Subsection B-9.7(a) of the Club’s Bylaws, and Section OA-1.1.
Foundation Articles means the Memorandum and Articles of Association (as may be amended from time to time).
