Four Day Work Week Schedule Sample Clauses

The Four Day Work Week Schedule clause establishes that employees will work a standard number of hours over four days instead of the traditional five-day workweek. Typically, this means employees work slightly longer hours each day to meet the total weekly requirement, such as four ten-hour days instead of five eight-hour days. This clause clarifies expectations regarding work hours and days, helping to promote work-life balance and ensure both employer and employee understand the modified schedule.
