Four Day Work Week Schedule. The Employer may use a schedule of four (4) shifts of ten (10) hours either Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday inclusive. Those Employees working a compressed work week of Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday who are entitled to board expenses or subsistence shall be paid five (5) days subsistence. The regular hours of work shall be classed as straight time and shall normally be performed between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
