FOX Business means the following businesses and operations of Remainco or any of its Subsidiaries (whether members of the FOX Group or the Remainco Group): (i) Remainco’s “Television” segment (as described in Remainco’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2017); (ii) the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ Business Network, Big Ten Network, Fox Soccer2Go, Fox Soccer Plus, Fox Sports Racing and domestic national sports networks, including ▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ and Fox Deportes; (iii) HTS and Fox College Sports Properties; and (iv) any and all reasonable extensions of any business or operation described in the foregoing clauses (i), (ii) or (iii), prior to the Distribution.

FOX Business has the meaning assigned in the Separation Agreement.

Examples of FOX Business in a sentence

• Subject to Section 6.08(b)(v), the parties acknowledge and agree that any and all Privileged Information with respect to this Agreement, the Ancillary Agreements, the Disney Merger Agreement, the Transaction Documents and the negotiations, structuring and transactions contemplated hereby and thereby belonging to or possessed by the Remainco Group prior to the Separation shall be deemed to relate solely to the FOX Business.

• Notwithstanding Section 10.11, the Parties shall use the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rule & Procedures to resolve any disputes as to whether any Privileged Information relates solely to the Remainco Business, solely to the FOX Business, or to both the Remainco Business and the FOX Business.

• FOX shall prepare and timely file (or cause to be prepared and timely filed) with the applicable Taxing Authority any Tax Return that includes a member of the FOX Group, any FOX Assets or any FOX Business and that does not include any member of the Remainco Group, any Remainco Assets or any Remainco Business or that is described as a FOX Separate Return on Exhibit A (collectively, “FOX Separate Returns”).

• These users receive a FREE information service from ONE of the following choices: FOX News Headlines, FOX Business News, FOX Sports, or TVGen's Daily Dish.

• Television programs air within WallStreetCast on the Internet, Company sites and on the FOX Business Network as mutually approved available times and dates when program is complete.

• FOX shall prepare and timely file (or cause to be prepared and timely filed) with the applicable Taxing Authority any Tax Return that includes a member of the FOX Group, any FOX Assets or any FOX Business and that does not include any member of the Remainco Group, any Remainco Assets or any Remainco Business (the “FOX Separate Returns”).

• Owned by 21st Century Fox, FOX News operates the ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ (FNC), FOX Business Network (FBN), FOX News Radio, which encompasses FOX News Talk, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.
