Framework Service Providers definition

Framework Service Providers means the suppliers appointed as service providers under agreements on the same or similar terms to this Agreement as part of the Framework;
Framework Service Providers service providers other than the Service Provider with whom HCC has entered into framework agreements for the hire of goods and the provision of services of the type set out in Schedule 1;
