Fraser Sewerage Area definition

Fraser Sewerage Area means the area established from time to time by the GVS&DD under the Act as the Fraser Sewerage Area;

  • Underground area means an underground room, such as a basement, cellar, shaft or vault, providing enough space for physical inspection of the exterior of the tank situated on or above the surface of the floor.

  • Drainage system means one or more artificial ditches, tile drains or similar devices which collect surface runoff or groundwater and convey it to a point of discharge.
