The Recipient must do all things necessary to comply with the Auditor-General’s, Information Commissioner's, Privacy Commissioner's or Freedom of Information Commissioner's or his or her delegate's requirements, notified under Clause 21 (Audit and access) above, provided such requirements are legally enforceable and within the power of the Auditor-General, Information Commissioner, Privacy Commissioner or Freedom of Information Commissioner, or his or her respective delegate.
The rights of DFAT under sub-clause 26.2(a)(i) to 26.2(a)(iii) apply equally to: the Auditor-General, Information Commissioner, Privacy Commissioner and Freedom of Information Commissioner and their delegates, for the purpose of performing their statutory functions or powers; and any expert engaged for the purposes of Clause 14.3 (Evaluation).
Without limiting clause 9.1, the Department’s rights under clause 9.1 apply equally to the Auditor-General, the Ombudsman, the Information Commissioner, the Privacy Commissioner, the Freedom of Information Commissioner or their delegates, for the purpose of each performing their functions or activities (as the case may be).
