The Receivables to be sold to by the Seller to the Transferor will be based on the contract number of the Receivables. For example, if the Purchase Percentage for an Origination Period is 85%, the Seller would sell Receivables with contract numbers ending in 01 through 85, and retain Receivables with contract numbers ending in 86 through 00. The Seller shall ensure that contract numbers are assigned randomly as they are entered into the System of Record and in no way adverse to the Trust, the Administrative Agent or the Lender(s).
