All such Front Money shall be retained in the Property cage and listed in an inventory prepared and signed jointly by Representatives of Buyer and Seller no later than the Transfer Time.
Effective as of the Transfer Time, Representatives of each of Buyer and Seller shall take inventory of all Front Money and identify what Persons are entitled to what portions of such Front Money.
