Gaming Promoter definition

Gaming Promoter means any gaming promoter duly licensed by the Macau government to act in any such capacity, and whose activity is to promote gaming in casinos in Macau by providing (among other things) amenities such as transport, lodgement, food and beverage and entertainment to patrons.

  • Gaming device means any equipment or mechanical, electromechanical, or

  • Gaming Laws means those laws pursuant to which any Gaming Authority possesses regulation, licensing, permit, investigatory, or enforcement authority over Gaming or Gaming activities or operations within any jurisdiction.

  • Gaming Licenses means all licenses, permits, approvals, authorizations, certificates, registrations, findings of suitability, franchises and entitlements issued by any Gaming Authority necessary for or relating to the conduct of Gaming or Gaming activities or operations or the ownership of an interest in an entity that conducts Gaming or Gaming activities or operations.

  • Gaming Machines Act means the Gaming Machines Act 2001 and any regulation made under the Gaming Machines Act 2001. Any reference to a provision of the Gaming Machines Act includes a reference to the same or similar provision in any legislation replacing, amending or modifying the Gaming Machines Act however that provision may be amended in that legislation.

  • Lottery or “state lottery” means the lottery created pursuant to this act and operated exclusively by or under the exclusive control of the bureau of state lottery.

  • Gaming Law means the gaming laws, rules, regulations or ordinances of any jurisdiction or jurisdictions to which Wynn Resorts, the Issuer or any of their respective Affiliates, including the Concessionaire, is, or may be, at any time subject.

  • Gaming Authority means those national, state, local and other governmental, regulatory and administrative authorities, agencies, boards, commissions and officials responsible for or involved in the regulation and control of Gaming or Gaming activities or operations in any jurisdiction.

  • Gaming Equipment means any and all gaming devices, gaming device parts inventory and other related gaming equipment and supplies used in connection with the operation of a casino, including (without limitation), slot machines, gaming tables, cards, dice, chips, tokens, player tracking systems, cashless wagering systems, electronic betting systems, mobile gaming systems and associated equipment which are located at the Casino Components, owned or leased by Operating Company or Mortgage Borrower and used or useable exclusively in the present or future operation of slot machines and live games at the Casino Component, together with all improvements and/or additions thereto.

  • Class III Gaming means Class III Gaming as defined in the IGRA.

  • Casino means a casino as defined in section 1 of the KwaZulu-Natal Gaming and Betting Act, 2010 (Act No. 8 of 2010);

  • Gaming Authorities means any foreign, federal, state or local governmental entity or authority, or any department, commission, board, bureau, agency, court or instrumentality thereof, regulating gaming activities or related activities.

  • Gaming Approvals means any and all approvals, licenses, suitability determinations, and other actions by any Gaming Authority necessary for the ownership, development, construction, financing, management and operation of the Company, CEC, CAC and any of their respective Subsidiaries, assets, businesses and properties.

  • Co-Promote or “Co-Promotion” means use of the respective sales forces of the Parties or their Affiliates to promote, following exercise of the Co-Promotion Option by Ambit, a Co-Promoted Product in the U.S., where “promote” means the process of direct contact between the respective sales forces and medical professionals (as further defined in the applicable Co-Promotion Agreement) who are able to purchase or influence the purchase of the Co-Promoted Product, in accordance with and as further defined in Exhibit D and the Co-Promotion Agreement.

  • Liquor store means a retailer, as defined in section 111 of the Michigan liquor control code of 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1111, that is exclusively or primarily engaged in the sale of alcoholic liquor. The term does not include a retailer that is a retail food store.

  • Tribal or “Tribe” shall mean the Oneida Tribe of Indians of Wisconsin.

  • Partnership Assets means all assets, whether tangible or intangible and whether real, personal or mixed (including, without limitation, all partnership capital and interest in other partnerships), at any time owned by any Pledgor or represented by any Partnership Interest.

  • Recreational vehicle park means any tract of land used for parking five or more self-contained recreational vehicles and includes any roadway, building, structure, vehicle, or enclosure used or intended for use as part of the park facilities and any tract of land that is subdivided for lease or other contract of the individual lots for the express or implied purpose of placing self-contained recreational vehicles for recreation, vacation, or business purposes.
