Front Yards definition

Front Yards means those common element front yards, as designated in the Declaration.

Examples of Front Yards in a sentence

  • All Yards fronting any Street are considered Front Yards for the purposes of determining required Setbacks.

  • If a Lot abuts on more than one Street, the requirements for Front Yards shall apply along every Street Line except as otherwise provided below.

  • In Subdivisions where non-conforming Lots exist, one or more of the other Front Yards may be reduced by forty percent (40%), provided the residence is constructed on one Lot only.

  • Corner through Lots are considered to have two (2) or more Front Yards, and one Side yard.

  • Front Yards on Corner Lots shall be construed as extending across the Lot from each interior side Lot line to the opposite Street Line.

  • Interior Side Yards on Through Lots with more than one (1) Front Yard shall be construed as running to the rear lines of the Front Yards involved, and measurements and requirements shall be as for Section 6.01.03.E.5 above.

Related to Front Yards

  • Front Yard means a yard extending across the full width of a lot between the front lot line of the lot and the nearest wall of the nearest main building or structure on the lot;

  • Front fog lamp means the lamp used to improve the illumination of the road in case of fog, snowfall, rainstorms or dust clouds;

  • Junk yard means any property utilized for breaking up, dismantling, sorting, storing, distributing, buying or selling of any scrap waste material, junk or used equipment or machinery of any nature.

  • townsite in relation to the townsite to be established near the harbour means a townsite (whether or not constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act) primarily to facilitate the Company’s operations in and near the harbour and for employees of the Company and in relation to the mining areas means such a townsite or townsites or any other townsite or townsites which is or are established by the Company for the purposes of its operations and employees on or near the mining areas in lieu of a townsite constituted and defined under section 10 of the Land Act;

  • Frontage means the length of the property line of any one lot parallel to and along each legally accessible public street;

  • Transboundary movement means any movement of hazardous wastes or other wastes from an area under the national jurisdiction of one State to or through an area under the national jurisdiction of another State or to or through an area not under the national jurisdiction of any State, provided at least two States are involved in the movement;

  • Harbour Master means the ABP Harbour Master or Dock Master for the Port (as appropriate) or their authorised representative;

  • Aboveground storage tank shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing aboveground storage tanks.

  • wharf includes any jetty structure;

  • Dry cleaning fluid means any non-aqueous liquid product designed and labeled exclusively for use on: fabrics which are labeled "for dry clean only", such as clothing or drapery; or S-coded fabrics. Dry cleaning fluid includes, but is not limited to, those products used by commercial dry cleaners and commercial businesses that clean fabrics such as draperies at the customer's residence or work place. Dry cleaning fluid does not include spot remover or carpet and upholstery cleaner. For the purposes of this definition, S-coded fabric means an upholstery fabric designed to be cleaned only with water-free spot cleaning products as specified by the Joint Industry Fabric Standards Committee.

  • Green building strategies means those strategies that minimize the impact of development on the environment, and enhance the health, safety and well-being of residents by producing durable, low-maintenance, resource-efficient housing while making optimum use of existing infrastructure and community services.

  • M2M Flowgate means Flowgates where constraints are jointly monitored and coordinated as defined and set forth in Schedule D to this Agreement.

  • Water Surface Elevation (WSE means the height, in relation to NAVD 1988, of floods of various magnitudes and frequencies in the floodplains of riverine areas.
