FTAC Common Stock definition

FTAC Common Stock means FTAC Class A Common Stock and FTAC Class B Common Stock.
FTAC Common Stock means FTAC Class A Common Stock and FTAC Class B Common Stock. “FTAC Contribution” means, immediately following the Company LLC Contribution, the transfer by the

  • As of immediately prior to and at the Closing, the aggregate number of shares of FTAC Class B Common Stock and shares of FTAC Class A Common Stock held by the Founder shall equal 28,687,959 shares of FTAC Common Stock.
