American Indian means a person who is enrolled as a member of a federally recognized American Indian tribe or band or who possesses documentation of at least one−fourth American Indian ancestry or documentation of tribal recognition as an American Indian.
AT&T INDIANA means the AT&T owned ILEC doing business in Indiana.
Debarred Individual is an individual who has been debarred by the FDA pursuant to 21 U.S.C. §335a (a) or (b) from providing services in any capacity to a person that has an approved or pending drug or biological product application.
Health and Welfare Benefits means any form of insurance or similar benefit programs, which may include but not be limited to, medical, hospitalization, surgical, prescription drug, dental, optical, psychiatric, life, or long-term disability.

Designated Individual has the meaning set forth in Section 10.3.A hereof.
Health and Human Services Commission or “HHSC” means the administrative agency established under Chapter 531, Texas Government Code, or its designee.
Flexi Plan means any individual indemnity hospital insurance plan under the VHIS framework with enhancement(s) to any or all of the protections or terms and benefits that the Standard Plan provides to the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, subject to certification by the Government. Such plan shall not contain terms and benefits which are less favourable than those in the Standard Plan, save for the exception as may be approved by the Government from time to time.
Separation Plan means the Company’s Separation Plan Amended and Restated Effective August 13, 2006, as may be amended from time to time or any successor plan, program, arrangement or agreement thereto.
India means the territory of India and includes the territorial sea and airspace above it, as well as any other maritime zone in which India has sovereign rights, other rights and jurisdiction, according to the Indian law and in accordance with international law, including the U.N. Convention on the Law of the Sea;
Metropolitan Region Scheme or “Scheme” has the meaning ascribed to that expression in the Scheme Act;
Health and Welfare Plans means any Benefit Plan that was established or is maintained for the purpose of providing for its participants or their beneficiaries, through the purchase of insurance or otherwise, medical (including preferred provider organization, exclusive provider organization, and high deductible health plan coverages), dental, prescription, vision, short-term disability, long-term disability, life and accidental death and dismemberment, employee assistance, group legal services, wellness, cafeteria (including premium payment, health flexible spending account, and dependent care flexible spending account components), travel reimbursement, transportation, or other benefits in the event of sickness, accident, disability, death, or unemployment, vacation benefits, apprenticeship or other training programs, day care centers, scholarship funds, or prepaid legal services, including any such plan, fund, or program as defined in Section 3(1) of ERISA.

Severance Plan means any severance plan maintained by the Company that is applicable to the Participant.
IMS means IMS Health Incorporated.
South Caucasus/Central and South Asian (SC/CASA) state means Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, or Uzbekistan.
Company Employee Agreement means any management, employment, severance, change in control, transaction bonus, consulting, repatriation or expatriation agreement or other contract between any Group Company and any current or former employee, director or officer of such Group Company.
Detroit consumer price index means the most comprehensive index of consumer prices available for the Detroit area from the United States department of labor, bureau of labor statistics.
EUWA means the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018;
Forest management plan means a written plan prepared and signed by a qualified forester that prescribes measures to optimize production, utilization, regeneration, and harvest of timber. The forest management plan shall include a schedule and timetables for the various silvicultural practices used on forestlands, which shall be a maximum of 20 years in length. Self-Employed Individual means an individual who has Earned Income for the taxable year from the trade or business for which the Plan is established, and, also, an individual who would have had Earned Income but for the fact that the trade or business had no net profits for the taxable year. A Self-Employed Individual shall be treated as an Employee.
Traffic Control Plan means a specific plan that includes but is not limited to signing; application and removal of pavement markings; construction sequencing and scheduling; methods and devices for delineation and channelization; placement and maintenance of devices; traffic regulation; and inspection.
Remotely located individual means an individual who is not in the physical presence of the notary public who performs a notarial act under subsection 3.
Qualifying Individual means an individual aged 18 years or over who is deemed to be resident in the UK for tax purposes. This includes a non-resident who performs duties which by virtue of Section 28 of the Income Tax (Earnings & Pensions) Act 2003 are treated as being performed in the UK (Crown employees serving overseas) or is married to, or is in a civil partnership with a person who performs such duties.
