Metropolitan Region Scheme definition

Metropolitan Region Scheme or “Scheme” has the meaning ascribed to that expression in the Scheme Act;
Metropolitan Region Scheme has the meaning given to that term in the Planning and Development Act 2005 section 4; the Resort Site and the Site have the respective meanings given by the Agreement.

Metropolitan Region Scheme means the Town Planning Scheme published in the Government Gazette of 9 August 1963 in accordance with Section 32 of the Xxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Xxx 0000 as amended from time to time;
