Fuel Products definition

Fuel Products means refined petroleum gasoline and diesel products.
Fuel Products means petroleum products, biomass-derived fuels, coal-based liquid fuels, natural gas, biogas, and liquid petro- leum gas as established in 40 C.F.R. Part 98 Subparts LL through NN. Renewable or biogenic versions of fuel products listed in Tables MM-1 or NN-1 of 40 C.F.R. Part 98 are also considered fuel products. Assume complete combustion or oxidation of fuel products when calculating GHG emissions.
Fuel Products means all gasoline; aviation gasoline; aviation turbine fuel; diesel; jet fuel; fuel oil; biodiesel; biodiesel blends; kerosene; all alcohol blended fuels; liquefied petroleum gas; gas or gaseous compounds, including hydrogen; natural gas, including compressed natural gas and liquefied natural gas; and all other volatile, flammable, or combustible liquids, that are produced, compounded, and offered for sale or used for the purpose of generating heat, light, or power in internal combustion engines or fuel cells, for cleaning, or for any other similar usage.

  • Pollution liability insurance coverage (to include, without limitation, loading and unloading of all Fuel Products) with a combined single limit per occurrence of not be less than $5,000,000, or the equivalent.

  • In the event there is a shortage of Fuel Products at the pipeline or a considerable wait time occurs, a demurrage charge may be added after the first hour.
