fuel supplier means an entity supplying fuel to the market that is responsible for passing fuel through an excise duty point or, in the case of electricity or where no excise is due or where duly justified, any other relevant entity designated by a Member State;
Contractor / Vendor means the Tenderer whose bid has been accepted and awarded Letter of Acceptance for a specific item followed by the signing of Contract.
Fuel cell means an energy converter transforming chemical energy (input) into electrical energy (output) or vice versa.

Customer-generator means a user of a net metering system.

Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

Fuel Gas means Gas used as fuel for the operation of the Transportation System.

Transportation network company means a company or organization facilitating and/or providing transportation services using a computer or digital application or platform to connect or match passengers with drivers for compensation or a fee.
Approved Vendor means a person who has been approved for inclusion on an approved vendor list through the approved vendor list process.
Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.
