Approved Vendor means a person who has been approved for inclusion on an approved vendor list through the approved vendor list process.
Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.
Contractor / Vendor means the Tenderer whose bid has been accepted and awarded Letter of Acceptance for a specific item followed by the signing of Contract.
Vendor or “Vendors” means any entity submitting a bid in response to the Solicitation, the entity that has been selected as the lowest responsible bidder, or the entity that has been awarded the Contract as context requires.
Third Party Contract means a legal instrument by which a Recipient or Subrecipient purchases property or services needed to carry out the Grant Agreement or Cooperative Agreement. This does not include an instrument describing a transaction that meets the definition of a federal Award, Grant, Cooperative Agreement, Subaward, or Subagreement.
