Fulfillment Centre means a third party enabling partner's (with whom Letmegrab has tied up) building / warehouse, identified by Letmegrab to the Seller, at Letmegrab's discretion, where Seller may place a limited quantity of the Product until the Products are sold and dispatched to the Buyers.

Fulfillment Centre. (presently termed as "SAPACZONE Plus" / "SD Plus", or any other name) shall mean a building, warehouse or any other establishment, identified by SAPACZONE to the Seller, at SAPACZONE‟s discretion, where Seller may place or deposit their Products, without transfer of any title in such Products, for dispatch or delivery to the Buyers.
