Full Accretion Date definition

Full Accretion Date means the date on which Convertible Deferred Interest Bonds reach the Accreted Value equal to the value at maturity and on which the accrual of interest subject to periodic payment commences.
Full Accretion Date shall have the meaning assigned thereto in the Indenture.
Full Accretion Date means January 15, 2007, the first date on which the Accreted Value of the Notes has accreted to an amount equal to the principal amount at maturity of the Notes.
