Full Connection Offer definition

Full Connection Offer means the information provided to the Company in relation to the proposed connection in accordance with the Uniform Network Code;
Full Connection Offer means an offer issued by the TSO to the Generator to connect the ORESS Tonn Nua Project to the transmission system in accordance with applicable decision paper(s) issued by the CRU.

  • Reference Interconnection Offer or “RIO” means a document published by a service provider specifying terms and conditions on which the other service provider may seek interconnection with such service provider;

  • Subscription Offering means the offering of the Conversion Stock to Participants.

  • Bundled transaction means the purchase of 2 or more distinct and identifiable products, except real property and services to real property, where the products are sold for a single nonitemized price. A bundled transaction does not include the sale of any products in which the sales price varies, or is negotiable, based on the selection by the purchaser of the products included in the transaction. As used in this subdivision:

  • Delivery into consignees store or to his site means delivered and unloaded in the specified store or depot or on the specified site in compliance with the conditions of the contract or order, the supplier bearing all risks and charges involved until the supplies are so delivered and a valid receipt is obtained.

  • Underwritten Public Offering means an underwritten Public Offering, including any bought deal or block sale to a financial institution conducted as an underwritten Public Offering.
