A procedure for good faith resolution at the project level shall be established after the Full Notice to Proceed is issued and will include at least one level of resolution among senior corporate officers of the parties.
Full Notice to Proceed (FNTP) is expected on or about 1 July 2006.
In the event the Full Notice to Proceed Effective Date is after such date, or in the event of any price change due to such national or international Force Majeure event, then the Contract Price, Project Schedule and Guaranteed Completion Date shall be subject to adjustment as determined by Contractor.
