Request to Proceed definition

Request to Proceed means the written request from Recipient to the OPWC submitted pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "State" means the State of Ohio.

Examples of Request to Proceed in a sentence

  • We will not make a disbursement to any vendor unless we have received and authorized a Request to Proceed.

  • After Closing, which Closing shall not occur until the Recipient's submission of the Request to Proceed and the Recipient's receipt of the Notice to Proceed, the Recipient may submit a Disbursement Request to the OPWC for reimbursement of acquisition and other eligible costs.

  • To initiate the purchase of the Land, the Recipient must first complete and submit a written Request to Proceed to the Director prior to Closing.

  • The Request to Proceed must name the proposed Title Agent and must indicate the amount of Funds requested from the OPWC for the land acquisition, including expected settlement costs, based upon the participation ratio and the amount of funds expected from any Matching Funds.

  • For site improvements, provide a Request to Proceed once bidding is complete.

  • The Project Manager named in the Agreement will receive a separate mailing pertaining to our program requirements detailed on our web site at xxxx://xxx.xxx.xxxxx.xx.xx/GSCdefault.html including the Request to Proceed, contractual requirements for bid documents, and reporting of in-kind or force account contributions.

Related to Request to Proceed

  • Notice to Proceed means notice issued by the OPWC pursuant to Section IV of this Agreement. "OPWC" means the Ohio Public Works Commission created pursuant to Revised Code Section 164.02.

  • Construction Phase Services means the coordination, implementation and execution of the Work required by this Agreement, which are further defined in Article 8.

  • Construction Manager means a competent person responsible for the management of the physical construction processes and the coordination, administration and management of resources on a construction site;

  • Draw means the disbursement of funds to a Development.

  • Construction Phase means that Phase of the Project which shall commence after the Authority provides the Trade Contractor with written Notice to Proceed with the Construction Phase.

  • Renewable energy facility means an electric generation unit or other facility or installation that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source.
