The City strictly prohibits the Contractor from commencing work under the Agreement until the SFPUC issues a written Notice to Proceed (NTP).
The Contract shall come into effect from the date of issue of the Letter of Acceptance (LOA) or Work Order or Employer’s Notice to Proceed (NTP) or agreement whichever is earlier.
Once both Parties agree, and all Parties have signed the CTO, County Management staff shall provide A-E with a Notice to Proceed (NTP) to begin work.
