Fully Documented definition

Fully Documented means, with respect to any Eligible Other Loan, Eligible Real Estate Loan or Eligible Secured Non-Real Estate Loan, that the originator or lenders with respect thereto have verified, based on written and/or reliable evidence, (x) the current employment status of the borrower under such Eligible Other Loan, Eligible Real Estate Loan or Eligible Secured Non-Real Estate Loan and (y) the past and current income of such borrower for up to the two (2) years preceding the making of such loan.
Fully Documented means that all of the following are included with your claim or request:
Fully Documented means disclosed in detail by writing, video tape or computer disc as appropriate all information held or available.
