Fund Counsel definition

Fund Counsel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 13.14.
Fund Counsel means the counsel to the Funds of the Trust as approved by the Board of Trustees of the Trust.
Fund Counsel means the counsel appointed by the Courts and its successors appointed from time to time pursuant to Articles Seven and Ten of the Settlement Agreement.
