Co-Lead Counsel definition

Co-Lead Counsel or “Settlement Counsel” shall mean ▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ of ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇, LLP.
Co-Lead Counsel means, collectively, The ▇▇▇▇▇ Law Firm, P.A. and ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP (the successor firm to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP).
Co-Lead Counsel means the following law firms:

  • It shall be the responsibility of Interim Co-Lead Counsel to timely and properly prepare and deliver the necessary documentation for signature by all necessary parties, and thereafter to cause the appropriate filing to occur.
