Co-Lead Counsel definition

Co-Lead Counsel means the firms of Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx LLP, and Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx LLP.

Co-Lead Counsel means Labaton Sucharow LLP and Levi & Korsinsky LLP.

Co-Lead Counsel means Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP and Berger & Montague, P.C.

Co-Lead Counsel means the law firms of Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP and Bleichmar Fonti Tountas & Auld LLP.
