Fund or Funds definition

Fund or Funds means such portfolio or portfolios of assets as the Directors may from time to time establish with the approval of the Central Bank constituting in each case a separate portfolio of assets with segregated liability and invested in accordance with the investment objective and policies applicable to such portfolio(s) as specified in this Prospectus or any Supplement;
Fund or Funds means one or more of the mutual funds or other investment vehicles selected by the Committee pursuant to Section 3.2.1.
Fund or Funds means the Investment Company or Companies in which assets of the XXX may be invested; provided that no Investment Company will be deemed available for investment hereunder (i) prior to the date the prospectus for such Investment Company discloses such availability, or (ii) with respect to any Participant who resides in any state with respect to which shares of the Investment Company are not available for sale.

Examples of Fund or Funds in a sentence

  • If necessary, on or before the last day of the first month of each fiscal year, an adjustment payment shall be made by the appropriate party in order that the amount of the investment advisory fees waived or reduced and other payments remitted by the Adviser to the Fund or Funds with respect to the previous fiscal year shall equal the Excess Amount.

  • If the amount of the waived or reduced investment advisory fee for any such month is insufficient to pay the Excess Amount, the Adviser may also remit to the appropriate Fund or Funds an amount that, together with the waived or reduced investment advisory fee, is sufficient to pay such Excess Amount.

  • An additional Fund or Funds may become a party to this Agreement after the date hereof by an instrument in writing to such effect signed by such Fund or Funds and the Custodian.

  • If this Agreement is terminated as to one or more of the Funds (but less than all of the Funds) or if an additional Fund or Funds shall become a party to this Agreement, there shall be delivered to each party an Appendix B or an amended Appendix B, signed by each of the additional Funds (if any) and each of the remaining Funds as well as the Custodian, deleting or adding such Fund or Funds, as the case may be.

  • TRP shall have the right in those circumstances to instruct BNY Mellon to process a security or an event differently than the BNYM Tax Determination for a Fund or Funds (the “Escalation Process”).


More Definitions of Fund or Funds

Fund or Funds means one or more of the investment funds selected by the Committee pursuant to Sections 3.4(b) and 8.2.

In addition, where the Investment Manager has appointed a Sub-Investment Manager in respect of a Fund, “Investment Manager” may also mean such Sub-Investment Manager in relation to such Fund (as the context so requires);“Irish Resident”means, unless otherwise determined by the Directors, any company resident, or other person resident or ordinarily resident, in Ireland for the purposes of Irish tax. Please see the “Taxation” section below;“Irish Revenue Commissioners”means the Irish authority responsible for taxation and customs duties;“IRS”means the US Internal Revenue Service, the US government agency responsible for tax collection and tax law enforcement;“Jennison”means Jennison Associates LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PGIM Inc.;“KIID”means key investor information document;
Fund or Funds means the options that may be made available, from time to time, for the investment of Plan assets held in the Trust Fund, including the AEP Stock Fund.
Fund or Funds means The Barrett Funds, an investment company registered under the Investment Company Act, and any exiting or future portfolio or series thereof, including without limitation The Barrett Growth Fund.
