Fund Sponsor definition

Fund Sponsor means the sponsor of the Fund.
Fund Sponsor means one or more companies or other entities which provide authorized Funding Vehicles for investment and recordkeeping of Participants’ Accounts.
Fund Sponsor means a life insurance company licensed to do business in the State of Mississippi, mutual fund company, or other company offering similar investments, or a subsidiary of, or a company affiliated with, or under common management with, such a company that provides funding vehicles available to participants under this Plan as designated by the Board.

  • The Trust agrees that its Portfolio shares will be sold only to Participating Insurance Companies and their segregated asset accounts, to the Fund Sponsor or its affiliates and to such other entities as may be permitted by Section 817(h) of the Code, the regulations hereunder, or judicial or administrative interpretations thereof.

More Definitions of Fund Sponsor

Fund Sponsor means either the employer-sponsor of a superannuation fund (as defined in section 16 of the SIS Act) or, in the case of a Self -Managed Superannuation Fund, the individual or individuals who make, or ordinarily make, contributions to the Self-Managed Superannuation Fund.
