Superannuation fund. Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in Clause 24(b) to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in Clause 24(b) and pay the amount authorised under Clauses 24(d)(i) or 24(d)(ii) to one of the following superannuation funds:
(i) Health Employees Superannuation Trust of Australia (HESTA);
(ii) any superannuation fund to which the employer was making superannuation contributions for the benefit of its employees before 12 September 2008, provided the superannuation fund is an eligible choice fund and is a fund that offers a MySuper product or is an exempt public sector scheme.
Superannuation fund. Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the employer makes the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 21.2 to a superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the employer will make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 21.2 to the default fund Health Employees Superannuation Trust of Australia (HESTA).
Superannuation fund. 33.3.1 The Company will make the superannuation contributions to a complying fund nominated by the Employee. In the absence of an Employee nominated fund, the contributions shall be paid to an Employees stapled super fund, the default fund, or such other complying fund nominated from time to time by the Company.
33.3.2 The Company will make the superannuation contributions while the Employee is on any paid leave.
Superannuation fund. (a) Subject to clause 12.5, the School shall make superannuation contributions for the benefit of Teachers in accordance with relevant Commonwealth superannuation legislation into the Teacher's nominated fund. If the Teacher does not choose a fund in accordance with legislation, the School will make the contributions into:
(i) the Teacher's stapled fund; or
(ii) if the Australian Taxation Office does not identify a stapled fund for the Teacher, to the School's default fund provided that the School's default fund must offer a MySuper product as defined in the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 (Cth).
Superannuation fund. “The Fund” for the purpose of this Agreement shall mean:
15.2.1 HESTA established and governed by a trust deed as may be amended from time to time, and includes any superannuation scheme which may be made in succession thereto; or
15.2.2 An Employee may nominate a complying fund to that provided at subclause (b)(i) above.
Superannuation fund. Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the Employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 16.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the Employee, the Employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 16.2 and pay the amount authorised under clause 16.3.1 and 16.3.2 to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor:
16.4.1 AustralianSuper;
16.4.2 Statewide Superannuation Trust;
16.4.3 Tasplan;
16.4.4 UniSuper Limited;
16.4.5 VicSuper;
16.4.6 any superannuation fund to which the Employer was making superannuation contributions for the benefit of its Employees before 12 September 2008, provided the superannuation fund is an eligible choice fund and is a fund that offers a MySuper product or is an exempt public sector scheme; or
Superannuation fund. (a) A school will make the superannuation contributions provided for in sub-clause 24.2 and pay the amount authorised under sub-clauses 24.3(a) or (b) to any superannuation fund nominated by the employee provided the superannuation fund is an eligible choice fund offering a MySuper product.
(b) An employee will notify the employer in writing of the superannuation fund nominated by the employee into which the employee wishes the employer to make contributions and will make such application to join a fund or have employer contributions made to a fund as is necessary for the employer to meet its obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
Superannuation fund. (a) Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the Employer is required to make the superannuation contributions to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the Employee, the Employer must make the superannuation contributions to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor:
(i) AustralianSuper;
(ii) Statewide Superannuation Trust;
(iii) UniSuper Limited;
(iv) VicSuper;
(v) any superannuation fund to which the Employer was making superannuation contributions for the benefit of its Employees before 12 September 2008, provided the superannuation fund is an eligible choice fund and is a fund that offers a MySuper product or is an exempt public sector scheme; or
(vi) a superannuation fund or scheme of which the Employee is a defined benefit member.
Superannuation fund. (a) A school will make available the superannuation funds listed in sub clause 18.4(b) below.
(b) Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the school is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 18.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the teacher, the school must make the superannuation contributions provided for in clause 18.2 and pay any amount authorised under clause 18.3 to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor, being funds offering a MySuper Product:
(i) Christian Super;
(ii) NGS Super;
(iii) any other complying superannuation fund approved for the purpose of the superannuation legislation, which is approved by the school as a fund into which an employee of that school may elect to have the school pay contributions made, pursuant to this Agreement; or
(iv) any superannuation fund to which the school was making superannuation contributions for the benefit of its teachers before 12 September 2008, provided the superannuation fund is an eligible choice fund offering a MySuper Product.
(c) A teacher will notify the School in writing of the superannuation fund nominated by the teacher from the list in subclause 18.4(b) above into which the teacher wishes the school to make contributions and will make such application to join a fund or have employer contributions made to a fund, as is necessary for the school to meet its obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
Superannuation fund. (a) A school will make available the superannuation funds listed below.
(b) Unless, to comply with superannuation legislation, the employer is required to make the superannuation contributions provided for in sub-clause 24.2 to another superannuation fund that is chosen by the employee, the employer must make the superannuation contributions provided for in sub-clause 24.2 and pay the amount authorised under sub-clauses 24.3(a) or (b) to one of the following superannuation funds or its successor, being funds offering a MySuper Product:
(i) Christian Super;
(ii) NGS Super;
(iii) any superannuation fund to which the employer was making superannuation contributions for the benefit of its employees before 12 September 2008, provided the superannuation fund is an eligible choice fund offering a MySuper Product; or
(iv) any superannuation fund nominated by the employee and approved by the School provided the superannuation fund is an eligible choice fund offering a MySuper Product.
(c) An employee will notify the employer in writing of the superannuation fund nominated by the employee from the list in sub-clause 24.4 (b) above into which the employee wishes the employer to make contributions and will make such application to join a fund or have employer contributions made to a fund as is necessary for the employer to meet its obligations pursuant to this Agreement
