Fundamental Default Measuring Period definition

Fundamental Default Measuring Period means a number of months equal to the Outstanding Balance as of the date the Fundamental Default occurred divided by the Redemption Amount, with such number being rounded up to the next whole month; provided, however, that if Borrower repays the entire Outstanding Balance prior to the conclusion of the Fundamental Default Measuring Period, the Fundamental Default Measuring Period shall end on the date of repayment. For illustration purposes only, if the Outstanding Balance were equal to $125,000.00 as of the date a Fundamental Default occurred and if the Redemption Amount were $28,500.00, then the Fundamental Default Measuring Period would equal five (5) months calculated as follows: $125,000.00/$28,500.00 equals 4.386, rounded up to five (5).
