Fundamental Investment Policy definition

Fundamental Investment Policy means an investment policy of the Fund that may be changed only by a 1940 Act Vote. Only those policies expressly designated as such are fundamental investment policies. All other policies and restrictions may be changed by the Board without shareholder approval.
Fundamental Investment Policy those policies either from which the Borrower may not deviate without obtaining shareholder consent or which involve the Borrower's investment objectives.

  • Fundamental Change Company Notice shall have the meaning specified in Section 15.02(c).

For the avoidance of doubt, announcements as used in the definition of Acquisition Transaction Announcement refer to any public announcement whether made by the Issuer or a third party.

  • Form of Fundamental Change Purchase Notice means the “Form of Fundamental Change Purchase Notice” attached as Attachment 2 to the Form of Note attached hereto as Exhibit A.

  • Fundamental Policies means the investment policies and restrictions as set forth from time to time in any Prospectus or contained in any current Registration Statement of the Trust filed with the Commission or as otherwise adopted by the Trustees and the Shareholders in accordance with the requirements of the 1940 Act and designated as fundamental policies therein as they may be amended from time to time in accordance with the requirements of the 1940 Act.

  • Fundamental Change Purchase Notice has the meaning specified in Section 3.01(a)(i).

  • Reverse Repurchase Agreement means an agreement pursuant to which the Fund sells Securities and agrees to repurchase such Securities at a described or specified date and price.

  • Fundamental Documents means, with respect to a corporation, the charter and bylaws (each as amended) or, with respect to any other Person, the documents by which such Person (other than an individual) establishes its legal existence or which govern its internal affairs.
