Funding Cancellation Sample Clauses

The Funding Cancellation clause defines the conditions under which a party may terminate or withdraw committed funding for a project or agreement. Typically, this clause outlines specific triggers such as failure to meet milestones, breach of contract, or changes in law that justify cancellation, and may detail the notice requirements and any financial consequences of such cancellation. Its core practical function is to protect the funding party from ongoing obligations in situations where the project's viability or compliance is compromised, thereby allocating risk and ensuring both parties understand the circumstances that could lead to funding being revoked.
