Future Business definition

Future Business means the business of Future and its Group of Interconnected Bodies Corporate carried on as at the effective date of these undertakings (as set out in paragraph 1.1 above);
Future Business means the portion of the business to be carried on subsequent to Closing by the Purchaser, which is related to or arises out of the Business and which directly utilizes the Assets;
Future Business means the business of Future and its Group of Interconnected Bodies Corporate carried on as at 7 October 2016;
