Future Direct Xxxxxx definition

Future Direct Xxxxxx means oil and natural gas derivative contracts that are entered into by the Trust after the Closing Date (i) upon the assignment, novation or other transfer of any of the XxxxXxxxx Hedge Contracts (or any portion thereof), or the replacement of XxxxXxxxx Hedge Contracts (or any portion thereof), in each case in accordance with the terms of the Derivatives Agreement, or (ii) in connection with the Reset of existing Direct Hedge Contracts in accordance with Section 2.02(c) of this Agreement.
