Future Mill Levy definition

Future Mill Levy has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Future Mill Levy means any new or increased property tax mill levy on the Urban Renewal Area or the TIF Subarea that SVVSD’s eligible electors have approved, for any lawful purpose, pursuant to §31-25-107(9)(a)(II) of the Act.

For purposes of determining the Cost of Acquisition for any transaction, the Equity Interests of the Borrower shall be valued in accordance with GAAP.

  • Collateral Management Fee The fee payable to the Collateral Manager in arrears on each Payment Date pursuant to Section 8(a) of the Collateral Management Agreement and Section 11.1 hereof, comprised of (x) the Base Management Fee and (y) the Subordinated Management Fee.
