Agreement Year definition

Agreement Year means a period of 12 months beginning on the Effective Date and each subsequent anniversary thereof.

Agreement Year means each twelve-month period during the Term beginning with the first day of the Term.

Agreement Year means the twelve consecutive months commencing each January 1st through December 31st. The first Agreement Year under this Agreement shall be the period from March 1, 2002 through February 28, 2003. More Definitions of Agreement Year

Agreement Year means the period of twelve months beginning on the last date of execution of this Agreement or any anniversary thereof;
