Future Modifications definition

Future Modifications means changes to the Aircraft made after post-EMD acceptance of the Aircraft by the Government.
Future Modifications. Any subsequent modifications, Extensions or renewals of the Note or any of the other Loan Documents may, at Lender's option, be made on Lender's standard forms. Such forms may identity Lender as the original lender, payee on the Note, beneficiary of any deed of trust, and secured party in any security instrument, notwithstanding the fact that First Citizens Bank & Trust Company may not have been designated as the original payee or secured party in the original Loan Documents.
Future Modifications means improvements, enhancements or modifications created, conceived or first reduced to practice by or for a Party pursuant to the provisions hereof after the Effective Date to an Applied FDS or the Applied FDS Technology, or both, and CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED inventions, discoveries, works of authorship, know-how, technical information, work product and/or other information related thereto, but in any case excludes any Manufacturing Processes.

  • The preceding provision relates to Applied Pre-Existing IP Rights, as well as IP Rights in Future Modifications.

  • Material Modifications means and include any modification to an existing RPTs, in aggregate with a related party, having variance of 25% in value of the transaction already approved by the Audit Committee or Board or Shareholders, as the case may be, or such modification as may be decided by the Audit Committee.
