Futures and Options Exchange definition

Futures and Options Exchange means in relation to any Product the organized futures and options exchanges or any succeeding market thereto, as the case may be, on which futures and/or options relating to the Underlying are traded as specified in the Issue Terms.
Futures and Options Exchange means in relation to any Product the organised futures and options exchanges on which futures and/or options relating to the Underlying(s) or its components, if appli- cable, are traded as, as the case may be, or any succeeding market thereto.
