Futures Product definition

Futures Product means futures contracts and options on futures contracts and other products that are listed for trading on or subject to the rules of a DCM.
Futures Product means a Product which constitutes a Futures/Options

  • ICE NGX will provide the New Futures Contracts to its customers to be settled in accordance with the same terms as ICE NGX’s other Physically Settled Power Futures Product offerings with delivery in the ERCOT region.

  • To remove any doubt, if an Unlicensed User trades a competitive product without a license and NASDAQ OMX, as contemplated in the first paragraph of this section, elects not to seek to terminate such use, CME may choose to continue the license and pay the $*** one time fee for its continued trading of the Futures Product based on the Index affected by the competitive product.

  • If CME refuses to so alter or withdraw, Nasdaq may terminate the Term of this License with regard to that Futures Product, upon thirty (30) days Notice to CME, with an opportunity to cure within that period.

  • CME need not resupply a copy of any material which is substantially like material previously submitted to Nasdaq and is identical as it describes the Corporations or their operations, the markets operated by the Corporations, the Indexes or the Marks, or the authorization, review, or endorsement of the Corporations of the Futures Product.

Related to Futures Product

  • Marihuana-infused product means a topical formulation, tincture, beverage, edible substance, or similar product containing marihuana and other ingredients and that is intended for human consumption.
