Futures Trading Agreement or “Agreement” means these Standard Terms and Conditions together with the Account Opening Form and the Risk Disclosure Statements and Disclaimers, as the same may be replaced, amended or supplemented by KGI from time to time;
Futures Trading Agreement or “this Agreement” means these Standard Terms and Conditions together with the Futures Client Account Opening Document(s) and the Supplemental Document(s), as the same may be replaced, amended or supplemented by EFHK unilaterally from time to time;

If there is no options or futures exchange in the country in which the Company has its residence on which options or futures contracts on shares are traded, the Calculation Agent will determine the Futures Exchange in its reasonable discretion (billiges Ermessen) (§ 317 BGB) and will make notification thereof in accordance with § 6 of the General Terms.

  • Local Marketing Agreement means, a local marketing agreement, time brokerage agreement or similar arrangement pursuant to which a Person, subject to customary licensee preemption rights and other limitations, obtains the right to exhibit programming and sell advertising time constituting 15% or more of the air time per week of a television broadcast station licensed to another Person.

  • Clearing Agreement means Clearing, Settlement and Sponsorship Services Agreement by and between the Borrower and Fifth Third Bank dated as of June 30, 2009, as the same may be amended, modified, supplemented, restated or amended and restated from time to time.
