FX Fixing definition

FX Fixing means the spot USDZAR currency exchange rate as determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant date of determination;

FX Fixing means the spot currency exchange rate for the purchase of U.S.$ and sale of RUB as determined by the Calculation Agent on the relevant FX Fixing Date acting in a commercially reasonable manner If the Noteholder reasonably disputes the determination of the Calculation Agent, the Calculation Agent will determine the spot currency exchange rate using quotations for the average offer side spot currency exchange rate for the purchase of U.S.$ and sale of RUB obtained from two Reference Dealers, provided that if the Calculation Agent is unable to obtain quotations from two Reference Dealers, its original determination shall be used.

Examples of FX Fixing in a sentence

  • If the Reference Rate is not available for any reason on www.moex.com/en/fixing/, or on any successor website or page, as the MOEX FX Fixing at 12:35 p.m. Moscow time on any Rate Fixing Date, then the Calculation Agent shall determine that a Price Source Disruption Event (a “Price Source Disruption Event”) has occurred, and shall promptly inform the Issuer and Agent (who shall in turn inform the Noteholders) of such occurrence.

  • The FX Reference Rate shall be:1) the arithmetic mean of such firm quotes (expressed as the amount of GEL per one USD) as the Issuer is able to obtain from four Reference Dealers for the sale of GEL and the purchase of USD at any time after 3 p.m. (Tbilisi time) on the relevant FX Fixing Date or the following Business Day, for settlement on the Maturity Date, Early Redemption Date or the relevant Interest Payment Date (as applicable), as calculated by the Calculation Agent.

  • The FX Reference Rate shall be:1) USD/GEL Bloomberg close (CMPN) where "USD/GEL Bloomberg close (CMPN)" means the USD/GEL Bloomberg close mid-rate (Composite New York), which is expressed as the amount of Georgian Lari per one United States Dollar, published on the relevant FX Fixing Date.

  • If the Reference Rate is not available for any reason on (www.moex.com/en/fixing/), or on any successor website or page, as the MOEX FX Fixing at 12:35 p.m. Moscow time on any Rate Fixing Date, then Calculation Agent shall determine that a Price Source Disruption Event (a “Price Source Disruption Event”) has occurred, and shall promptly inform the Issuer and Agent (who shall in turn inform the Noteholders) of such occurrence.

  • Settlement of an "in-the-money" option is 1 or 2 days following the agreed expiry date, using the spot FX Fixing rate of expiry date.

  • The CME Russian ruble/U.S. dollar futures contract Final Settlement Price is equal to the reciprocal of the “RUB MOEX (RUB05),” which is the “Russian ruble per U.S. Dollar” spot exchange rate, for settlement in one business day, reported by the Moscow Exchange (MOEX) (www.moex.com/en/fixing) as the MOEX USD/RUB FX Fixing at approximately 12:35 p.m., Moscow time rounded to six decimal places.

  • The Re-denomination FX Fixing Date shall be up to 5 business days in advance of the Re-denomination Date, and (although the Agent will use its best efforts in order to fix a Spot Rate favourable to the Parent) shall be selected at the Agent’s discretion within the tolerance permitted by paragraph 1.2(d) below.

  • To ensure data reliability, an e-book manual was provided to the participants.

  • EURTRY FX Rate = Defined as number of Turkish Liras per 1 Euro Fixing Page: EURTRY FX Fixing on the Bloomberg page EUCFTRY <Curncy>.

  • The Note Denomination divided by the FX Fixing, subject to the occurrence of a Credit Event.

  • Fixing Date means the Business Day prior to the Launch Date.
