  • In the event of any conflict, inconsistency or discrepancy between any of the servicing provisions of this Agreement and any of the servicing provisions of the Fxxxxxx Mac Guides, the provisions of this Agreement shall control and be binding upon the parties hereto.

  • It is understood and agreed that no other additional insurance need be required by the Servicer or maintained on property acquired in respect of the Mortgage Loan, other than pursuant to this Agreement, the Fxxxxxx Mac Guides or such applicable state or federal laws and regulations as shall at any time be in force and as shall require such additional insurance.
