GAAP Subsidiaries definition

GAAP Subsidiaries means, with respect to Borrower, all entities whose financial statements are consolidated with the consolidated financial statements of Borrower under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
GAAP Subsidiaries means, with respect to Parent, all Persons which are required to be Consolidated with the Parent in accordance with GAAP, including, without limitation, the Bowater Entities and the Abitibi Entities.
GAAP Subsidiaries means those Subsidiaries of the Company (other than Unrestricted Subsidiaries) satisfying the criteria for inclusion as a Subsidiary set forth in clause (i) of the definition of that term.

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Acquired Subsidiaries.

  • Consolidated Liabilities means the sum of (i) all liabilities that, in accordance with GAAP, should be classified as liabilities on a consolidated balance sheet of Borrower and its Consolidated Subsidiaries and the Guarantors, and (ii) to the extent not included in clause (i) of this definition, all Redeemable Preferred Stock.
