The Gantry Manager shall supervise the use of all Access Systems and carry out the duties referred to in this Schedule 2 Scope, Section 4 Inspection & Maintenance – Structures, 4.15 Access Systems.
Sub-Manager Any Person with which the Property Manager or the Special Servicer has entered into a Sub-Management Agreement.
Procurement Manager means any person or designee authorized by a state agency or local public body to enter into or administer contracts and make written determinations with respect thereto.
County Manager means the County Manager appointed by the County Council pursuant to the Luzerne County Charter;
City Manager means the City Manager of the City.
Training manager means the individual responsible for administering a training program and monitoring the performance of principal instructors and guest instructors.
Manager has the meaning set forth in 2.1.
General Manager means the Officer-in-Charge of the general superintendence and control of the Zonal Railway/Production Units and shall also include the General Manager (Construction) and shall mean and include their successors, of the Successor Railway.
Operations Manager is defined in Section 4.8(a).
Branch manager means the natural person who is in charge of and who is responsible for the business operations of a branch office of a licensee.
Property Manager means an entity that has been retained to perform and carry out at one or more of the Properties property-management services, excluding persons, entities or independent contractors retained or hired to perform facility management or other services or tasks at a particular Property, the costs for which are passed through to and ultimately paid by the tenant at such Property.
Resident Manager means an employee of a licensee, approved by the Department, who resides in an adult foster home, and is directly responsible for the care and services to support individuals on a day-to-day basis.
Program Manager means the HCAI manager responsible for the grant program.
Amenity Manager – shall mean the District Manager or that person or firm so designated by the District’s Board of Supervisors, including their employees.
Deputy compact administrator means: the individual, if any, in each compacting state appointed to act on behalf of a Compact Administrator pursuant to the terms of this compact responsible for the administration and management of the state's supervision and transfer of juveniles subject to the terms of this compact, the rules adopted by the Interstate Commission and policies adopted by the State Council under this compact.
Asset Manager means the manager of each of the Series Assets as specified in each Series Designation or, its permitted successors or assigns, appointed in accordance with Section 5.10.
Account Manager means a Person that acts as an agent and attorney-in- fact to buy or sell Swaps via the SEF operated by BSEF in the name and on behalf of another Person. An Account Manager may also be a Participant.
