Key People. The Contractor must employ those people specified in the Contract Particulars in the jobs specified in the Contract Particulars. The Contractor must not replace them without the Contract Administrator's written approval unless any of them die, become seriously ill or resign from the employment of the Contractor in which case they will be replaced with persons of at least equivalent experience, ability and expertise approved by the Contract Administrator.
Key People. Architect/Engineer agrees that it shall assign Key Person(s) to this Project (the "Key People"), as approved by the Owner, as set forth in the Staffing Plan attached as Exhibit 10; and that the Key People shall devote all of their time as necessary to the Project as may be appropriate to and consistent with full and timely performance of this Agreement by the Architect/Engineer. Key People are principals and employees of the Architect/Engineer that the Owner desires to be and remain assigned to the Project. The Architect/Engineer agrees that the Key People shall not be removed from their responsibilities on this Project without the prior written consent of Owner, except in the event of death, disability or departure from the employment of Architect/Engineer. All computations and other work performed by the employees of the Architect/Engineer shall be adequately supervised by one or more of the Key People. If the Owner determines that any of the Key People are not performing the job satisfactorily, the Owner shall have the right to direct that such individual(s) be replaced. The Architect/Engineer shall provide the Owner with resumes of possible replacements and the Owner shall have the opportunity to interview any such replacement candidates.
Key People. The Consultant must: employ those people specified in the Contract Particulars, including the Consultant's Representative, in the jobs specified in the Contract Particulars; subject to paragraph (c), not replace the people referred to in paragraph (a) without the Contract Administrator's prior written approval; and if any of the people referred to in paragraph (a) die, become seriously ill or resign from the employment of the Consultant, replace them with persons approved by the Contract Administrator of at least equivalent experience, ability and expertise.
Key People. Schedule 4.7 contains a list of the three key people and the form of the associated consulting agreement to be entered into simultaneously with those people upon Closing.

Key People. Identify key person(s) in firm(s) who will work on the administration, management, design, and field engineering portion of projects and who will be directly in charge of projects; describe the roles these key people will fill, their background, caliber, and experience.
Key People. In case of liquidation or bankruptcy of TEK, Chimood, Ke-Ou and Xxxxxx agree to be employed by Arelnet for at least 12 months to support iGATE product for the software support, hardware support and production support. For the purposes of this section, "liquidation" shall not mean a merger, acquisition or buy-out by a non-competing third-party.
Key People. The Consultant must: employ those people specified in the Project DCAP or elsewhere in the Contract, including the Consultant's Representative, in the jobs as specified in the Project DCAP or elsewhere in the Contract; subject to paragraph (c), not replace the people referred to in paragraph (a) without the Commonwealth's Representative's prior written approval; if any of the people referred to in paragraph (a) die, become seriously ill or resign from the employment of the Consultant, replace them with persons approved by the Commonwealth's Representative of at least equivalent experience, ability and expertise; put in place sufficient succession planning and training, to the satisfaction of the Commonwealth, to ensure that the Consultant is able to replace key people under paragraph (c) without any disruption to the Services or the Project; and pending any approval of the Commonwealth's Representative under paragraph (c), take all possible steps to ensure the timely and compliant performance of the Services in accordance with the Contract. The Commonwealth's Representative may by notice in writing instruct the Consultant to remove any person from the performance of the Services who in the reasonable opinion of the Commonwealth's Representative is guilty of misconduct or is incompetent or negligent. The Consultant must ensure that the person referred to in paragraph (a) is not again employed in the Services.
Key People. The Contractor must:
(a) employ those people specified in the Key Details, including the Contractor’s Representative, in the jobs specified in the Key Details;
(b) subject to paragraph (c), not replace the people referred to in paragraph (a) without the Principal's Representative's prior written approval; and
(c) if any of the people referred to in paragraph (a) die, become seriously ill or resign from the employment of the Contractor, replace them with persons approved by the Principal's Representative of at least equivalent experience, ability and expertise.
