Key People. The Contractor must employ those people specified in the Contract Particulars in the jobs specified in the Contract Particulars. The Contractor must not replace them without the Contract Administrator's written approval unless any of them die, become seriously ill or resign from the employment of the Contractor in which case they will be replaced with persons of at least equivalent experience, ability and expertise approved by the Contract Administrator.
Key People. Architect/Engineer agrees that it shall assign Key Person(s) to this Project (the "Key People"), as approved by the Owner, as set forth in the Staffing Plan attached as Exhibit 10; and that the Key People shall devote all of their time as necessary to the Project as may be appropriate to and consistent with full and timely performance of this Agreement by the Architect/Engineer. Key People are principals and employees of the Architect/Engineer that the Owner desires to be and remain assigned to the Project. The Architect/Engineer agrees that the Key People shall not be removed from their responsibilities on this Project without the prior written consent of Owner, except in the event of death, disability or departure from the employment of Architect/Engineer. All computations and other work performed by the employees of the Architect/Engineer shall be adequately supervised by one or more of the Key People. If the Owner determines that any of the Key People are not performing the job satisfactorily, the Owner shall have the right to direct that such individual(s) be replaced. The Architect/Engineer shall provide the Owner with resumes of possible replacements and the Owner shall have the opportunity to interview any such replacement candidates.

I will not use electronic communication to spread rumours, gossip, or engage in activity that is harmful to other persons. • I understand that my Chromebook is subject to inspection at any time without notice and remains the property of St Martins Lutheran College. • I will follow the policies outlined in the Chromebook User Agreement & Handbook, Student ICT User Agreement and Information and Communication Technology Policy while at school, as well as outside the school day. • I will take good care of my Chromebook. • I will never leave my Chromebook unattended. • I will never loan out my Chromebook to other individuals. • I will know where my Chromebook is at all times. • I will charge my Chromebook’s battery daily and arrive at school with my device charged. • I will keep food and beverages away from my Chromebook since they may cause damage to the device. • I will not use the Chromebook camera to take and/or distribute inappropriate or unethical material. • I will not disassemble any part of my Chromebook or attempt any repairs. • I will not place decorations (such as stickers, markers, etc.) on my Chromebook. • I will not deface the serial number on my Chromebook. • I will file a police report in case of theft, vandalism, and other acts covered by insurance as well as report to the administration of St Martins Lutheran College. • I will be responsible for all damages or loss caused by neglect or abuse. • I agree to return the Chromebook and power cords in good working condition.

Xxxxxx Xxxxxx is Professor of Social Psychology of Information and Communica- tion Technology at the University of Helsinki and he is heading the Social Interaction and Emotion research group in Helsinki Institute for Information Technology HIIT. He is specialized in the re- search on mediated and non-mediated social interaction; interaction of humans with ICT, media, and services; and affective and psychophysiological processes during message processing and decision making. His dissertation was on the relationship of psychosocial factors with the develop- ment of the metabolic syndrome. He holds strong expertise in research methodology. He has di- rected various large-scale international and national research projects (e.g., he was the coordinator of the EU project FUGA, FP6-NEST-28765) and authored or co-authored over 130 scientific publi- cations (including 71 peer-reviewed articles in international journals). Xx. Xxxxxx is Associate Edi- tor of Journal of Media Psychology and a member of the Editorial Board of Media Psychology. Xx. Xxx Xxxxxxxx is University Lecturer of Social Psychology at the University of Helsinki. His re- search is focused on how psychosocial factors are related health and well-being, and another area of interest is how to use psychological theory to motivate and help individuals to change health- related behaviors as smoking, physical activity and type 2 diabetes. He has been leader of Finnish Academy funded projects of the psychosocial aspects of Dietary, life style and genetic determi- nants of obesity and metabolic syndrome (DILGOM) study and collaboration study with German and Austrian partners in ELSAGEN program involves translational research on how genomic in- formation could be used on the patient level. He has been involved in planning intervention studies related to smoking prevention, physical activity and Type 2 diabetes. In case of liquidation or bankruptcy of TEK, Chimood, Ke-Ou and Xxxxxx agree to be employed by Arelnet for at least 12 months to support iGATE product for the software support, hardware support and production support. For the purposes of this section, "liquidation" shall not mean a merger, acquisition or buy-out by a non-competing third-party.
